[Dailydrool] Need HELP...

My sweet basset is 11 yrs young. 

any Basset owners ever experienced an infected hair follicle growth on their dog?
Developed into a large non cancerous mass on her chest.
Surgery didn't permanently remove it.
Vet gave my baby many antibiotics which drastically affected her insides and she went from 42 to 22 lbs.

Now she's so thin she has open sores on her hips.
Bought her an orthopedic bed. 

Put neosporin to prevent infection. Sores got worse.
Trying tumeric paste now.  Seems to be healing skin. 
Worried about the infection.

Vets say she won't survive surgery now.
They are the ones that compromised her health further.

help is greatly appreciated 

Don't want her to die.
