Your situation sounds complicated, no matter how your sweet girl got
there.  She's lost 20 pounds and isn't thriving.  She needs immediate
attention.  If you aren't comfortable taking her to the vets who have been
managing her care to this point, take her to an emergency facility.  Then,

has a protocol she uses on sick dogs, especially those with skin issues
which she uses with much success to strengthen their immune system and get
and keep them healthy.
