[Dailydrool] Archives and digest

Since the DD website is no longer, how do new people sign up
for the digest? and how do we change how we receive it? I 
would like to change from the digest to the e-mail version 
since it is sometimes old news by the time the digest comes 
out. And it seems the archives are not working again. I 
thought I could catch up that way.
