[Dailydrool] Basset in PA Shelter

There's a very old and skinny Basset at the A.W.S.O.M Shelter in Stroudsburg PA.  He was picked up last week wondering in a Home Depot parking lot.  He is skin and bones, has bad skin and ears and is very sad.  When he was first brought in and put on Facebook, there were a few people that were interested in him.
