Debbies Dawgs $5 Friday is August 5th. Our rescue this
month is Basset Rescue Across Texas and their senior
hounds in foster care. To donate to BRAT to help with the
expense of their seniors, you can paypal directly to the
rescue using this address:  info at bratx.org  or you can
mail a check made out to the rescue to BRAT, PO Box 116225, 
Carrollton, TX  75011

So far this year, we have donated over $17,500 to 7 basset
rescues - please join us in helping these seniors who end up
rescue through no fault of their own, often in bad shape with
everything from skin issues, infected ears, eyes, teeth and
lumps, emaciation, toenails grown into pads and more.  Their
vet bills to get them healthy again are enormous and really
strain the budgets of the rescues.  Just $5 or $10 or even
$15 a month donated by a lot of people goes a long way 
toward helping get these hounds well so they can have
a forever family again.  If you want to help but are on a 
budget, this is the perfect way to be a part of saving these
