[Dailydrool] lick graulom

It's  been a very long time since I've been on, I still read the drools. I have a question several months ago my Josie started getting a lump on her back leg and it would bleed.from the front to the back so off to the vet we went the vet told.me what it was a lick graulom  (I hope I'm spelling it right) there is no cure just control it,.so we got antibiotics and bitters it worked for awhile then it came back as per bassets she loves the bitters, does anyone out there have any suggestions as how to handle this tough problem? Thanks for any help I can get
