[Dailydrool] Bassetts in current movies

A bassett appears in the new "Ghost in the shell" Movie.  He appears in 3 scenes as the pet of the main characters sidekick, batau.  After dong some research, I discovered the dog was a regular in the Japanese cartoons these were based on.  But he only has three brief appearances in this movie.  I don't believe his name was mentioned in the film.  But in the comics it was Gabriel.
