[Dailydrool] Cherry eye

Isabella woke up fine this morning but I noticed later that her eye looked weird. It's apparently the cherry eye that has been written about many times but which I didn't pay attention to because it didn't apply to my dogs. It's kind of gross to look at, but she doesn't seem to be bothered. Will it go away on its own? Is it something to be concerned about? Does this require immediate veterinary attention?
