[Dailydrool] Simethicone

​Simethicone is one of those drugs that really only does what it says it
will and very little else.
In an emergency, start with two and get going to the ER Vet instantly. Give
more on the way if it seems to be helping at all.
Remember above all else that it is not a cure and if you think the dog is
bloating get him to a Vet whether he seems to be feeling better or not.
Dogs can rebloat once the threat seems past.
The comment on the page for how much simethicone is too
much reads:
"Simethicone is not likely to cause any side effects. If extremely large
amounts are given your dog could experience loose stools."
