[Dailydrool] Hoarse Barking

Off and on over the past months, our Browser, who is almost 14, has had a
hoarse bark.  Our vet has done x-rays of his chest and throat, an
inspection of his throat and all blood is excellent for his age.  This
hoarseness waxes and wanes..

Does anyone have any ideas?  It really worries me...

Would appreciate hearing from anyone who has had this experience.
