[Dailydrool] Xander and Seth update

Hello Drool Family, thank all of you for your thoughts and guidance on our recent supper feeding and fighting dilemma. So far we haven’t had anymore issues. I continue to make supper bowls as I always have, except now I keep one eye on Xander at all times while making their meals. If he even so much as looks at Seth I growl “Nooooo” at him. He immediately puts his eyes back on his supper bowl. I still am not sure what the issue is/was. There has been an increase in stress with me and hubby due to family drama and both of our mothers having health issues.   Also I have been abnormally away from home more the last couple of weeks do to taking my self or my mother to doctors appointments. Also Seth is “coming of age” soon to turn 2 years old. So not sure if Xander was just feeling stressed because DH and I have been stressed, or because I have been away so much maybe a combination and he just decided to take his frustrations out by getting in Seth’s face and yelling at him. Or maybe it’s to ensure that Seth understands that it is the Xander who is large and in charge around here....unless the momma is around. Then she is the Queen B*t@%.p of Howling Hound Acres.Lol.  It is weird that there is not a hint of discontent between the dogs except at supper time. Heck they even play pass the antler chew without (even though there is an antler for each of them) even a curled lip.
