[Dailydrool] torn ligament

I had a dog, not a basset. who had torn both ligaments in his knees. Not at
the same time. Doc tied them with leather strips and he was fine after that.
I would at least get a second opinion and see what an orthopedic surgeon
thinks. The tear may be healed with rest depending on how severe it is.
