Hi Karen, I seem to remember having this issue when I was with yahoo mail.
You could try switching to a different provider to see if that helps, and
you can always forward your yahoo mails through to, for instance, gmail.  I
have also noticed that some AOL users are having this issue.  It is very
annoying isn't it!  I don't think I found a solution apart from changing
providers, but I will check the archives and see what I did.
