[Dailydrool] Snow as a Moveable Feast

Tis I, Merta Lou Professional Basset and for the night, Ghostwriter to
Bleke Doggies on the subject of Eating Snow. (Opinions expressed are not
necessarily those of the GWriter.)

" I black dog love the cold white that falls from the sky.
I like the way it smells and the way it feels when I roll in it. I love the
freshness of it and the way I can bury my long black nose in it and SNORT
and blow it into the air.
Most of all I love the taste unchanged by a metal bowl, cold and icy
crystals melting on my hot tongue. I come inside festooned with a white
dusting on my black fur. I am almost never cold. Snow is not just edible,
it is a wonderful, seasonal treat.
I love the white stuff. Enjoy!"
