Browyn the Fairy Princess/Mighty Huntress here. The mom decided that Sunday
would be bath day. Something about it was the warmest day in the
forecast and we stunk. Personally, I thought I was the perfect scent having
found some bunny poop and squirrel (or chipmunk) poop to roll in. So, mom
washed Bugsey first because he takes a million years to dry. Then Beauford
because he takes a hundred years to dry. Then I have to go last. Something
about I only take an hour to dry. What ever. Now I smell like papaya
coconut. What kind of Mighty Huntress smells like a fruit bowl? A fake one
at that! After the baths, we were left in the living room while Mom cleaned
up the bathroom and got all the wet towels washed. Then she changed out all
our bedding in our room. After that she finally sat with us and watched TV.
Apparently, Bugsey is a wuss. He was on the couch shaking and acting like
he was freezing. Because mom had most of the towels in the washing machine
and it is now cold, the blankets were either in the dirty clothes or our
crates. Mom found two of our older towels and wrapped him up like a burrito
so he wouldn't freeze while he was drying. I told him I would be willing to
rip out half his hair so he would dry faster, but Mom, Dad, and Bugsey all
objected. It just isn't fair! Bugsey got to be wrapped up like a burrito
and be held by the mom! I asked if I could do the same. Mom said that I was
dry and she was out of blankets and towels for wet dogs. Beauford doesn't
like being confined like that, so he just laid in front of the fireplace
which was going because the mom and Bugsey were freezing. Rumor has it
that we are getting pedicures tonight. Boo!
