Sounds like Tilly may be getting "sundowners" a form of canine cognitive
dysfunction. Lacy paced and paced all night and then was so exhausted she'd
sleep all day. We put her on Selegiline. It used to be used to treat
cushings disease, but they found it didn't work for that. It works great for
CCD. If you are on Facebook there is a CCD group. It is a wealth of
information. It is not expensive and you will all get more sleep.
