[Dailydrool] Dearest Paisley

Hello from Chomper,
Yes you are still my girlfriend.  I don't make friends easily, typically I snarl at anyone (man or beast) who tries to approach me.  Snoopy has taught me to howl and I have added this to my reputware.  If we are on a walk and mommy sees a person or a dog she can talk to me (don't worry, be brave, look at me, good boy) and usually I'll ignore them.  But when someone comes over I yell and scream and lunge and howl and snarl and I will bump them with my snooter and chase them too.  I'm obnoxious.  So yeah, if you want someone like me for a boyfriend, the good news is there isn't much competition!
Wow it's been very busy here at my house.  We had an, errrrr, episode with some raw carrots and I got one of them coughed up but the other one I had to get out the hard way.  It's all solved now but it was pretty uncomfortable for a while.  My buddy Snoopy loves to play but his hind end doesn't always do what he wants it to do so we mostly play rolling around on the ground with me taking breaks to do the basset 500.  One day last week we were playing on the patio and I didn't notice that Snoopy was standing on all 4s and I kinda tackled him and rolled him and he yelled out in (what sounded like) pain and didn't get up right away and scared us all ....... but then he stood up and walked for mommy to come get a special cookie and it was all ok.
Summer is here but it's been very mild, mostly mid 70s.  they are threatening rain this week which is weird because the rains should have ended last month.  Weird weather.
For Mothers day my Natalie came home from school.  She hand crocheted our momPerson a blue manatee which momPerson named Alfred.  I really, really, really, really, REALLY want to play with Alfred and so he is on a VERY high shelf.  I am working on a plan.  Snoopy and I got momPerson flowers and dadPerson got momPerson jewelry, which I don't really understand because she is not his mother, but what can you do.
