What a lovely and heartfelt tribute to Young Charlie.  It sounds as though
both you and Charlie were blessed with a wonderful life together. Know that
you made the right decision, and showed him the ultimate gift of your love
in releasing him from his suffering. May your memories sustain you at this
sad time.
