Look up, Listen whats all that commotion?
Our houndie Sweet Odie is making his journey to the Bridge.
Hes been ready for awhile, but patiently waiting for his drooler
slabs to let him go. He has always been such a good & humble boy.
He loves everyone especially children. He is a lovely mix of bassey-boy and Jack Russell Terrier. I called him a bass-a-jack, and people would ask if that was a new breed. He was a rescue and it was love at first sight. He came home with us the afternoon we first met him.

He went to the Bridge just short of his Sweet 16 birthday jn November.He had been in good health up until his senior years.He suffered from severe arthritis, heart failure, and doggie dementia. His vet thought he might also have a brain tumor. We loved him so much. But the last few few weeks we saw the quality of life decline sharply and any movement paInful. Throughout he continued  to have a hearty appetite and entertain us with his happy dances.
