[Dailydrool] Dailydrool Digest, Vol 718, Issue 3

In large part because of the DD, I have FB "friends" I have never
met but feel like I know personally. Just yesterday, my cat, Scamp,
escaped from his carrier en route to the vet for an updated rabies
vaccination and sedation meds prior to flying to Florida to relocate on the
31st. It was a frantic couple of hours, let me tell you! Thanks to my
daughter and the neighbor into whose yard he escaped, my daughter was able
to pry him off the vinyl siding and back into the carrier wrapped in a
towel. Yes, he climbed the siding and was hanging from the doorframe!
Cats...sigh. Anyway, within minutes of posting and asking for good
thoughts and prayers, multiple FB friends responded with both! I was
simply overwhelmed with the love and care, I truly was!

I sm currently Basset-less but live vicariously through the DD and Basset
pics of all of the furbabies out there. Basset hounds are SO special. I
miss my crew every single day.

Big hugs, all.
Sandi
