I am so sorry you lost Buster. I know our Stuart suffered the same way. At age 9 he went down in the rear, but with complete bedrest he gained about 70% mobility, then came anxiety. In spite of meds, thunder shirts etc we could not get him to relax. We helped him to the “bridge” at age 11, feeling the same as you. Heartbroken, but he is free from pain and anxiety.
