the Blueberry is doing better! I've had cats with kidney failure and
although it is incurable, there is much you can do to keep them comfortable and
give them a nice quality of life for the time they have left, especially if you
can keep them eating (that makes the time longer). We're sending drool
that Blueberry continues to do well for a long time.</FONT></DIV>

That is quite treatable -- nothing like heartworm. Reminds me of the Three
Stooges. Curly ordered burnt toast and a rotten egg at a diner. One
of the others asked why and his response was, "I have a tapeworm -- that's good
enough for him." Hopefully Checkers won't be on burnt toast and rotten
