She collapsed on the porch, we thought it might be the heat. I saw her tongue turn gray and rushed her as fast as I could to emergency. They came out a couple minutes later to tell me she had died, but they were able to revive her. Anyway, they did some ultrasound and xrays to see what was wrong and she had lots of fluid around her heart and what appeared to be two tumors on the top of the lung. Her breathing got better, but then started to labor again. They put her in a room with me and she was wagging her tail for a while, but she had such a far away look. I know she was in distress. I only wish they would not have revived her, but then I got to be with her awhile before I decided to put her down. The vet said if I took her home, she might make it thru the night, if she didn't the fluid would drown her and God I didn't want that. Oh how I wish I could have brought her home tonight. She was my pillow queen. She sleep practically on my head every night. She will be so missed. A wonderful girl who loved everyone. Please keep us in prayer tonight. I know it was best for her, but so hard again for us.
Thanks to all the droolers out there, I know you have been there before.
