<HTML><FONT FACE=arial,helvetica><HTML><FONT COLOR="#800000" SIZE=5 PTSIZE=18 FACE="Basque" LANG="0"><B>Buddydawg doesn't usually pay attention to the doorbell, but once the person is in the house he is fair game...had to replace the hot water heater the other day, and the poor plumber couldn't move without the requisite belly rubs and ear scritches, and then some more...each time this guy went out for something Bud sat at the door and arooed until he came back in--more belly rubs and ear scritches, of course...when he first came to live here and the gardners would be outside, he'd race from one end of the place to the other woofing at them...now he ignores them...same thing when we'd go out...if he saw someone approaching our building he'd knock me over to get back and check them out...no more...guess he's gotten complacent, and maybe that's a good thing...Rene'e<BR>
