12.0pt'>Just had to chime in and say what a heartwarming story this whole thing
has turned out to be. So much sadness and pain in this cruel world
sometimes causes your heart to become so callused and it’s hard to see
the good through the bad. But then something like this happens and it
just helps to remind us that there is good in the world, and there is something
worth fighting for and it’s not all gone to hell in a handbasket.
Sorry…I’m a little teary eyed right now thinking about how lucky
these little guys are and how much love and happiness they will give and
receive for the rest of their lives. The picture of Rufus with his new “foster”
mom Joanne…with her arms around his sweet neck, giving a big “it’s
all ok now” hug is absolutely precious. That picture is what rescue
is all about. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
