<DIV dir=ltr><FONT face=Arial size=2>Second a mill give up near Cedar Rapids IA where all the flooding was.. Here is how he is described. </FONT></DIV></DIV>
<DIV dir=ltr>They just got these dogs this week and they have a male Bassett. He broke my heart today. He just lays there with those dead eyes and doesn't even respond to people petting him. I think his spirit is broken. He shows no aggression, no nothing just lays there. I'm not sure how old he is I'm guessing around 5. He came from some real nasty millers and Chance (the director of the Cedar Rapids Operation) thinks they may have hit him. </DIV>

<DIV dir=ltr>This boy needs some loviong and time in a foster home. We have three in our system right now.. One just left and he was there for 6 months. It can take that long.. </DIV>
