<div>Poor Miss Reba.... Yes, she did have major surgery (as previously *pointed* out...), and yes, she probably doesn't feel much like eating. BUT: it is still worth a call to your vet's office and a chat with the vet or a tech regarding her inability to keep water in her system. She still needs hydration no matter whether or not she is eating. It's summer, it's hot, and you do not want to have her get REALLY sick because she is dehydrated. Further, the vomiting isn't going to help her stitches, etc. at her incision site. That's a lot of muscle work to vomit, and if she's already sore, the vomiting just adds more pain.</div> <div> </div> <div>Check with your vet. You might try a little Gatorade or Powerade (even diluted a bit) to help her keep her electrolytes, etc. up---but ask your vet first. He/she may have another suggestion. </div> <div> </div> <div>Do keep her cool and calm, love her, and
keep an eye on her for any other symptoms. It's hard not to think of possible problems, but you do want to be aware of her and any "odd" changes.</div> <div> </div> <div>Feel better, Miss Reba! </div><BR><BR><DIV> <DIV> <DIV><FONT face="comic sans ms" color=#c00000 size=3>L.K.
