<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Poor baby. An ear ache is awful enough. I can't get
my Basset's nails trimmed at home, so I take him to the vet and the techs are
pretty good with him. I stay with him too. One tech holds and gently talks to
him, and they give him a break and do another nail because he has a sore hip.
Maybe the ears and the nails both were just more than the baby could deal with
at once. If they could give you a different person and inform about the last bad
experience, maybe you can start fresh. </FONT></DIV></BODY></HTML>
