<div> <font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Not Bev - but simethicone is the generic name for products like Gas X. It helps rid the belly of gas before it expands and twists which is life-threatening. My two-legged granddaughter was a hugely gassy baby despite being breast fed. We gave the simethicone drops after every feeding and when she seemed gassy but couldn't seem to burp well. It worked great - she either burped or tooted almost immediately, LOL. We keep Gas X in the kitchen cabinet where it is handy should a problem occur.<br>
