<p class=MsoNormal>Yes this used to happen all the time where we used to
live. If you have a chain link gate it is an easy fix with putting a lock
thru the hole under the latch if you have a wrought Iron gate (this is what we
had) it requires a chain and lock. My problem was not only neighbor kids
coming in to see the dogs then leaving the gate open on leaving up also the
electric and water meter readers. They would use my yard as a cut thru to
the next street up and leave not one but 2 gates open. On the wrought
iron gate we put a chain and lock and on the chain link we were able to just
put a snap like on the end of a lead thru the hole but you might want to
padlock it also if you have lots of neighbor kids. The important thing is
not who did it but the dogs are safe and you are taking steps now to insure the
