<div dir="ltr"><div>When I took Baby Cooper ( 7 mos) to his first REAL dog show, alas, we were in the ring which adjoined the Basset ring, and the Bassets were in at the same time as the Belgians.</div>
<div>Cooper took one look next door, his tail started, and all he could think about was getting over there to play with his friends, (they MUST be friends--- they were Bassets!!) I was horrified. He was very well trained, even then, but it all went out the window.</div>

<div>However, since he was the only male puppy in the class, he got a blue ribbon anyway, his very first, but not his last.</div>
