<p class=MsoNormal>Dear Nigel and Lewis,<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>My Dad and my Mom are both retired. I like it a lot ‘coz
there is always someone to give me pets and treats. But my Mom sometimes
does that head banging thing too – mostly on rainy days. Then she
disappears into her sewing room or goes bye-bye in her van. She smiles a
lot when the sun is shining and Dad is riding his tractor round ‘n round
in circles pretending to cut the grass. I help keep Dad busy by going
inside his ugly green fence and smishing his baby grass. Then he has to
start all over and replant it. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Sometimes Mom acts silly and locks all of the doors and
pretends she can’t hear Dad when he comes to the door. We have lots
of doors in our house – in fact, we have 8 outside doors – really!
So it takes him lots of time to check to see if all the doors are locked.
Then just when he has checked all the doors, Mom goes and unlocks the one he
usually comes in. Dad gets all grumpy but Mom laughs – kind of a weird,
scary laugh, come to think of it. Maybe your MomPerson and my Mom can
think up other silly games to play with our Dads.<o:p></o:p></p>
