<div><strong>Knoxville, Tenn.---</strong> Officials in this eastern Tennessee city say all four dogs involved Friday in an altercation in Virginia Beach, Va., have criminal records in the state. </div>

<div>"Elder Clara, aka Big Momma, aka, Lard Butt, has priors going all the way back to 1996," said Knox County Animal Control Officer Ike N. Ketchum. "Cat snacking, carpet peeing, brother whupping. Clara is well-known to us."</div>

<div>Ketchum said officials have been searching for Clara for years since she was last sighted in a rural area of Union County, Tenn. "She disappeared with a string of warrants out on her. We had no idea she had fled the state."</div>

<div>Ketchum said Clara's associates, Jake, Elwood and Daisy also had lengthy records. "They're all felony counter cruisers," he said. "They're true public menaces. No sandwich or bag of chips is safe while this gang is loose. That popcorn didn't stand a chance."</div>
