<div dir="ltr">Hi everyone! It is Lilly's mom again. If you remember, I had asked about a vetspital in Southern Maine for a referral for what seems like joint / neurological issues. <br><br>Well, now I really have a question - Is it possible that impacted anal glands could be causing this kind of limp and "scrunched up" back end?<br>
<br>I tell you why I ask. This morning, Lilly was biting up the entire length of her tail. Hubby and I were observing this, and wondering if she would be able to wait until October 27 for her neuro visit. She was biting the bottom of her feet, her tail, and was hardly able to walk.<br>
Luckily, we live a literal stone throw from the vet. Loaded her into the BUV and off she went. Upon inspection of Lil, she had severely impacted anal glands. She was "done" about a month ago. <br><br>Could this possibly be what is wrong? Can the anal glands be expressed too often? Can she have them done every 10 days or so? <br>
