Every week my assistant and I vote for basset of the week-she says it's her favorite part of the week.&nbsp; Anyway, I was so touched by Lucy's story, and I wish I had voted for her on that reason alone.&nbsp; In any event, with that sweet face, she was number 2 before I knew the story.<br>

And yes, with that smile, she is still a beauty.&nbsp; Thank God for people like you.&nbsp; Hopefully they balance out the evil in this World.<br>
