<p class=MsoNormal>Sure sounds like a sebaceous cyst type thing. Sometimes
they do come up, instead of going down. Those little white spots are probably
little cystic things too. Certainly doesn’t sound like an ER visit to me.
In fact, tomorrow when the site is less irritated, you could squeeze it and see
if the remaining spots burst. Keep the Neosporin on it and watch it. It
should heal fine and I certainly wouldn’t be rushing into putting an 11
year old basset under anesthesia to remove the remains of the cyst. Just my
opinion and lots of experience with these cystic eruptions.<o:p></o:p></p>
