<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I have been off work with the dreaded winter
lurgey, one that has pretty much kept me in bed. And the houndies have responded
by waking me at 5am every morning.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>Friday I was woken by the sound of Clara being sick. By the
time the information had filtered into my brain and I'd got out of bed she had
also lost control the other end. Poor girl.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>Saturday I was woken by Rolph winging. He does this sometimes
when he is feeling insecure. All he needs is a quick pat and ear scratch and he
goes back to sleep. Except he didn't. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>After 10 mins I decided he needed to go out. I dragged myself
downstairs and opened the French windows. Clara shot out like she'd had her legs
crossed all night and Rolph looked at me like "You want me to go out there?".
Well, it was snowing.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>Sunday was a joint effort.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>Monday Rolph did it again. Whine, whine, whine, whinge, whinge
whinge. I thought "I'm not playing that game again". So I stayed put. Whine,
whine, whine, whinge, whinge whinge. Eventually, he woke Clara up and she jumped
up on my bed. Rolph immediately shot to the end of my bed and I heard him
scratching his bed, before collapsing into a deep sleep.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>Quite obviously all that noise had been "Mum, she's on my bed.
I want my bed. Tell her to get off my bed. Mum I can't sleep, I'm not comfy . .
. ."</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>This morning he woke me at 4.15am . . . . .</FONT></DIV>
