<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Hi fellow droolers,</span><br style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><br style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">I am posting on behalf of Leah who's Maggie went back to the vet's again this afternoon...she was still dry heaving and pretty much falling over doing that, plus not eating or drinking. Leah is very worried about her girl Maggie. If you all can send some drool and prayers their way. </span><br style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">
<br style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><div><span><font color="#0000ff" face="Arial" size="2"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> The vet thinks it
is one of two things:</span><br style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">1. viral or bacterial hepatitis </span><br style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">2. she has cancer and a
tumor broke open. </span><br style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><br style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">The vet thought about an ultrasound but on the Island she lives on with the vet that has an ultrasound wants the money upfront. Which is not reasonable right now. Leah was trying to get the money going....and called the vet back but the vet said the ultrasound was not necessary and they will do a liver enzyme test 1st to see if it as something that Maggie ate. They will continue to give Maggie fluids and antibiotics via an IV. </span><br style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">
<br style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">The vet told Leah that they believe Maggie is 12 years old not the 8 years old she was told when she rescued Maggie. </span></font></span><span><font color="#0000ff" face="Arial" size="2"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Leah
has some very nice friends in her area who helped her through the day,
and even getting Maggie from the car back into her appt.</span></font></span><span><font color="#0000ff" face="Arial" size="2"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> Leah is extremely worried and was not up to posting to the drool, but she can use all the drool and prayers she can right now for her Maggie. <br>
