I am a bit interested in trying to start up a BH Rescue in Southern Mississippi.  We dont currently have one, and I think it would be nice for one to be in this area to handle what seems to be a large number of hounds that have been abandoned or given up.  Problem is, I really dont know where to start.  I was wondering if any of the rescues out there might give me some direction as to how to start it up. Any input would be greatly appreciated.  I have been involved in some transporting and rescuing, but never at this level.<br>
