Hi eberyone its me Bob cause Lenny is still sleeping cause they made him go night night for his xrays.<br> <br>It seems that while Lenny's hips are severely subluxated he has very short femoral necks making it so that he can't have the PTO surgery cause they couldn't really guarantee any good results.<br>
<br>The doctor was very nice and very through he also said that Basset's are very stoic and they are tough and that rymadyl works very good on them and he thinks Lenny should have a fairly good quality of life and when he isn't he would be a candidate for one of two other surgery's one where they remove the femoral neck or a total hip replacement<br>
