<div>Carmen, you picked the perfect song for your montage of Kelvin -- he looks wonderful, and it's clear that he's become devoted to you.  I can see that you will have a hard time if you decide that you're not his forever home.  I so admire all of you who foster -- it is so unselfish to love an animal and then give it to someone else to love.</div>

<div>Roger and Joyce, my guess is Twoie just needs a bit more time to feel completely comfortable with you and then she'll bark.  My Molly didn't bark until she was with us about six months.  And now she only does it when she's happy and excited, like when we first come home.  It touches my heart when she does bark because I know how happy and comfortable she is with us.  Twoie will get that way with you too -- it just takes time, especially with rescues when you don't know what they've been through. </div>
