There is a basset in our local shelter that is up for adoption today. I'd take her in if I could, but we have 2 of our own, and a baby on the way. I would be willing to bail her out of jail if someone wanted her. She looks so alone and scared. If you are interested, email me at: eddie_and_lucy@hotmail.com or at: jcuellar02@saisd.org I emailed North TX. Basset Rescue as well. I really hope this little girl can find a wonderful forever home. This is the info on her:

If you are a rescue or adopter from out of the San Angelo area and can not arrive in person to adopt then please follow these steps:

1. Call the shelter and let them know your interest in the pet.

2. Email the shelter's petfinder volunteer at sanangeloanimal@aol.com

3. Include in your email the pet's case number, release date in the email and a phone number where you can be reached

The email volunteer does not work directly at the shelter and does not have up to minute information about the pet's availability for adoption. The volunteer can however bail a pet out on your behalf.
