The full moon was Tuesday or Wednesday. This one
seemed especially *potent* -- maybe it was in combination with the
weather. We are in southeast Michigan where it is also sub-zero. My
guys don’t want to come in either – would rather hunt for and munch
on poopsicles. They see me coming out with a lead and they *know*
they’d better get their butts in the house or their life as they know it
is over! Today, both Hoagie and Norm had *frozen-tozen* after
THREE MINUTES outside – I set a timer or watch the clock. Opie
actually had droolsicles hanging from his mouth. Johnny’s ears had
ice forming on them. Grady – he is in and out so quick that he
leaves skid marks on the snow! Oh – and on Tuesday we also had a
dog fight – outside – in the snow – in the back forty –
and I was in my jammies! Grrrrr! Hoagie (age 9) took
exception to something Norm (age 1 ½ ) was doing – and of course, the
others were going to help – at least by yelling *FIGHT! FIGHT!
FIGHT!* !! No bloodshed – lots of noise – lots of frozen
slobber! It was clearly an elder teaching a young squirt a thing or
two about manners.
