<div>i have the same problem. i read a book, and i am using the tecnique they adviced. so i put jornals in the all kitchen. at nigth he slleps there in a confortable bed, under the table. and he is forced to do is needs in the jornal. at day i let him go out, and i must control him all the seconds!!! when i see him doing pee in the wrong place, or when i see is smelling lot i take him to the kitchen so he can learn. sometimes he goes by is own paws, sometimes i have a gift to clean.</div>

<div>i now have problems with my neighbourg:( he doesnt like dogs, and when i put him in the kitchen he barks, but only during the day. at nitgh he doesnt bark at all. and i try to say that he is a baby and he is learning to behave at his new home, and he cant go out now...but he doesnt understand:( and he is rude... i am afraid he can cause problems:( am i doing something wrong? <br>

I am a housebreaking failure....<br>next week end I have a 5 days in a row off and plan to devote it to getting Holly on a potty schedule, I hope...then my plan is for DH to keep it when I go back to work (Holly Says: good luck Ma) For those of you who have housetrained Bassets I am asking for any and all advice. She is so smart and we are so dumb...she does fine at night but the daytime it is a free-for-all....make that a pee-for-all.<br>
