A Drooler has stepped up and wants to adopt the sad old man in Louisville! I asked her to name him now so as soon as the shelter is open, we will have him pulled. He is not listed on the shelter's website as they already decided he was a dog nobody would want, so when we call, we will say that he IS wanted and they can tell him, "Basil, you're going HOME."<br><br>Thank you so much to everyone who responded and offered help!
