Randall Treadway had his day in court today in Jonesborough, Tenn. He didn't take the penalty offered to him by the judge and ACO. Treadway told the judge he wanted a lawyer and a hearing. The judge told him to come back April 1, and he would be first on the docket, no delays. "If you don't have a lawyer at that time, you'll have to represent yourself," the judge told him.

Treadway's mother, Linda, who owned the house where BRBR found Annie, has also been charged with animal cruelty. She has hired a defense attorney.

Both Treadways face up to a $2,500 fine and a year in jail.

Here is the official update, with a link to the Justice for Annie Petition.
Please sign it if you haven't already done so. Let's let the Washington County DA know we want Randall Treadway punished.
