Basset in OFallon Missouri (near St Louis) who has health issues and is
currently being fed Ol Roy dog food because his master cannot afford to take
care of him any longer. This poor boy has infected anal glands, has not been neutered,
gets bloat frequently, and most probably has heartworm since he has never been
