<div>I'm trying to help the Western Missouri Basset Rescue set up a fundraising auction on e-bay but I'm having some trouble understanding how MissionFish, e-bay's charity fundraising partner, works.  I know some of the rescues have used it in the past and I was wondering if I could pick someones brain about it.  </div>
