<p class=MsoNormal>I’m an active foster home and tend to take in the
younger ones, including puppies.<br>
Seniors always worried me because they can be grumpy and I have young children.
We did take in a senior though named Ginger and she was oh so sweet and just loved
my kids! When the puppies came though, she went to another foster home
that was more calm and suitable for her needs.<br>
I do miss her dearly and would have loved to keep her here until she was
adopted or lived out her life. I have a special place in my heart now for
seniors. They are pretty easy too. Most of them are couch potatoes
and just need a nice place to sleep, some food/water, belly rubs and they are
good to go!<br>
If you don’t mind your front door be a revolving door, younger is the way
to go.<br>
<br>
Either way, no matter what age you foster, the rescue receiving your help will
appreciate it more than you could ever know!<br>
