On April 17th Otter turned 4 years old.  There was a long birthday

walk, followed by birthday baths all around, lounging in the sun and

topped off with McDonald's Cheeseburgers (ketchup only!).  He is such a

gentle soul and a lovable little boy.  I wanted to share his birthday
